After Sale Service

Kedge, we are committed to providing reliable products and quality after-sales support to our customers. If a Kedge product purchased from our website or an authorized e-commerce platform develops a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, we will provide repair or other applicable warranty service in accordance with this policy.

1. Warranty & Repair Coverage

Kedge products are eligible for warranty service when the product has a manufacturing defect that occurs either:

  • At the time of delivery; or
  • During the applicable warranty period specified for the particular product.

The warranty period will commence from the date of purchase as mentioned on the applicable invoice.

Warranty service is subject to verification of the product, purchase invoice, warranty eligibility and the nature of the reported issue.

2. Purchases from E-Commerce Platforms

If a Kedge product has been purchased from our official website or other e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ or other authorized sellers, customers are advised to contact the respective platform first regarding any delivery-related issue, damage, replacement or return request.

If the issue cannot be resolved through the respective platform and the product is covered under Kedge warranty, customers may contact Kedge Customer Support for further assistance.

For warranty repair:

  • The customer may be required to send the product to the Kedge service address.
  • Kedge does not provide doorstep repair service unless specifically stated for a particular product or service.
  • The customer may be responsible for one-way courier/shipping charges for sending the product to Kedge.
  • After the repair is completed, Kedge will dispatch the repaired product back to the customer as per the applicable service terms.

3. Repair Service Limitation

A product may be eligible for repair only once under this repair policy.

The final decision regarding repair eligibility will be made by Kedge after inspection of the product and verification of the reported issue.

4. Products Marked "24 Hours Replacement"

If a product page specifically mentions "24 Hours Replacement", customers must report any physical damage, missing item, wrong product or other delivery-related issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package, particularly for products where damage or missing components may need to be verified.

After receiving the product, Kedge may inspect the product and its accessories.

If the product is found to have a qualifying manufacturing or delivery-related issue, Kedge may, at its discretion and subject to the applicable policy:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product where applicable; or
  • Provide store credit where applicable.

The final resolution will depend on product availability, inspection results and the nature of the issue.

5. Accessories

Accessories supplied with the product may not be covered under the standard product warranty unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

If an accessory is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery, the customer must notify Kedge within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

6. Cases Not Eligible for Repair / Post-Sales Service

Warranty or repair service may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage reported after the applicable reporting period.
  • Damage caused by mishandling or misuse.
  • Damage caused by accidental drops or impact.
  • Damage caused by liquid or moisture where the product is not designed for such exposure.
  • Damage caused by electrical surge or unstable power supply.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Damage caused by using the product contrary to the instructions provided by Kedge.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Products without valid proof of purchase where proof is required.
  • Products whose serial number, identification label or other identifying information has been removed or altered.

7. Post-Sales Service Process

Kedge aims to complete the post-sales service process as efficiently as possible. The actual timeline may vary depending on the product, location, courier service, inspection requirements and availability of spare parts.

Step 1 — Raise a Service Request

Once a customer raises a service request, the Kedge support team will review the request and may contact the customer for additional information, photographs, videos, invoice details or other documents.

Step 2 — Product Submission

If physical inspection is required, the customer may be instructed to send the product to the designated Kedge service address.

The product should be securely packed along with the required accessories and documentation.

Step 3 — Inspection

After the product reaches Kedge, our service team will inspect the product to determine:

  • The reported issue;
  • Whether the issue is a manufacturing defect;
  • Whether the product is within the applicable warranty period;
  • Whether the product has been misused or physically damaged; and
  • Whether the issue is covered under the applicable warranty terms.

Step 4 — Repair / Applicable Resolution

If the issue is covered under warranty, Kedge may repair the product or provide another applicable resolution according to the product warranty terms.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer may be informed about the applicable paid-service options, where available.

8. Refund & Repair Policy

Kedge primarily provides repair, replacement or other applicable warranty service for eligible defective products.

A refund is not automatically available merely because a product requires repair.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only in circumstances permitted under Kedge's applicable refund/cancellation terms.

Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond Kedge's reasonable control, including natural calamities, transportation delays, logistics issues, strikes, force majeure events or customer unavailability, will generally not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Physical Damage

Customers must notify Kedge as soon as possible if a product is received in a physically damaged condition.

For delivery-related damage claims, customers may be required to provide:

  • Unboxing video;
  • Product photographs;
  • Packaging photographs;
  • Order/invoice details; and
  • Other information requested by Kedge.

Damage reported after the applicable reporting period may not be eligible for replacement, refund or other delivery-damage resolution.

10. No Refund / Return in Certain Cases

Kedge does not provide refund or return merely because:

  • The customer does not like the product's appearance;
  • The customer is not satisfied with the sound quality where the product is functioning as intended;
  • The customer has changed their mind after purchase;
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling;
  • The product has been damaged due to an electrical surge;
  • Physical damage was not reported within the applicable reporting period;
  • The issue is caused by normal wear and tear; or
  • The customer has used the product contrary to the instructions provided by Kedge.

11. COD Cancellation / RTO

Where a customer has paid a partial advance amount for a Cash on Delivery order, such amount may be non-refundable in cases of cancellation, refusal of delivery or Return to Origin (RTO), subject to applicable terms.

Any applicable refund or adjustment will be handled according to Kedge's cancellation and refund policy.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery and contact information;
  • Using the product according to the instructions provided;
  • Keeping the purchase invoice safely;
  • Reporting delivery-related damage promptly;
  • Providing required photographs/videos when making a claim;
  • Packing the product safely when sending it for service; and
  • Providing genuine and accurate information during the service process.

13. Warranty Does Not Cover

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product, the warranty generally does not cover:

  • Accessories and consumables;
  • Physical damage;
  • Accidental damage;
  • Liquid damage;
  • Electrical surge damage;
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
  • Misuse or negligence;
  • Normal wear and tear; and
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, operation or maintenance.

14. Service Decision

Kedge reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies for warranty repair or another applicable warranty resolution after inspection and verification.

The decision will be based on the condition of the product, warranty terms, purchase details and nature of the reported defect.
