All eligible products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Normal wear and tear

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our support team with order ID.

  2. Share photos/video of the issue.

  3. Our team will inspect and approve the claim.

  4. A replacement unit will be provided (no repair done).

5. Replacement Terms

Replacement may be new or refurbished but will be fully functional and tested.
